Project Description:
Our scope included the piling, drainage, ground floor slabs (including design), services, and hard landscaping works. We adopted an RC raft solution on shallow piles, using a small rig which meant there was no need for a piling platform so we saved on the reduced excavation, piling mats, ground beams/ pile caps, and also shuttering which resulted in considerable savings on programme and cost.
