We have multiple gangs who specialise in this type of works who work closely with the client to ensure they meet the client’s requirements on time and within budget.
Due to the nature of these works, we are aware that the majority of these basements will eventually form part of someone’s future home so we realise that changes can be last minute and sometimes without the relevant information but with our knowledge and experience, we are able to accommodate this for the client and ensure we make the changes required.
We work closely with numerous bespoke house builders in London and Surrey where we have successfully carried out basements for them for many years. We work closely with a few waterproof admixture companies such as Caltite, whom we have used on many of our projects to ensure the basements we build are watertight and provide the client with a guarantee at the end of the project.
We know that deep excavations can be dangerous and Health and Safety is our main priority. We ensure that all deep excavations have the relevant earthwork support system whether this be sheet piled, a king post system or a battered excavation to prevent the ground from collapsing.
